Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo is the unique resort city hotel in Colombo. The hotel was designed with the intention of creating a resort within the city, making full use of the sprawling 7-acre property facing the beautiful Beira lake.
The architects designed the hotel using traditional Sri Lankan materials, including granite from the Kurunegala mountains and red kabok stone for the exterior, and incorporated a sense of space, giving the hotel its unique character.
Over nearly twenty-five years and several changes in identity, the hotel has welcomed a wide range of sophisticated guests, including royalty, heads of government, leading corporate executives, famous artistes, actors and many travellers from across the world, all of whom have appreciated it s luxurious accommodation, landscaped gardens and some of the best dining venues that Sri Lanka has to offer.
